All events are held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control that require the event to be postponed, delayed, modified, or canceled, no refunds will be issued. All ticket purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor events, including weather-related disruptions. In the event of cancellation, the event organizer reserves the right to:

Reschedule the event for a future date
Modify the event format or programming
Apply ticket value toward a future event, at the organizer’s discretion
The event organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or related expenses
